Shipping method

  • Shipping via SF Express to the address filled in by the customer.

Shipping range

  • Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan/Mainland China services covered by SF Express.

Arrival time

  • After the customer places the order, we usually ship the goods within 5 working days and notify the customer via email or SMS. Delivery time depends on the customer's location and takes approximately 2 to 5 working days.

Precautions

  1. Since Genic entrusts the third-party services of the above shipping companies to ship the goods, the actual delivery process and time are arranged by the courier company.
  2. If the address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect and the package is lost or returned to us, Genic does not assume any responsibility for the loss of order goods caused by the address error. If reshipment is required to the corrected address, the customer must pay the reshipment fee.

    • Overseas shipping is not eligible for free shipping. For international orders, product prices and shipping charges (including taxes and fees) are calculated in Hong Kong dollars at checkout. Please refer to the checkout page for actual shipping costs and taxes.

If the address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect, causing the customer's package to be lost or returned to us, Genic does not assume any responsibility for the loss of order goods caused by the address error. If reshipment is required to the corrected address, the customer must pay the reshipment fee.
      4. If overseas delivery encounters random inspection by customs, the delivery time may be extended.
      5. Genic product prices do not include shipping charges and any customs taxes. All fees charged during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
