Return and Exchange Policy
Genic Eyewear is committed to providing value products and a high level of service in hopes of meeting the needs of our customers. After receiving the product, customers generally cannot apply for exchange or refund unless there are the following problems:
- The product does not match the item on the order
- Product is contaminated or packaging is damaged
- The product is missing or the quantity does not match
If you encounter the above situation, please submit an application for exchange or refund within 3 days after receiving the goods. We will deal with it appropriately and appropriately as soon as possible.
